I began working in the mental health field in 2016 after receiving my Master of Arts from Hampton University. Since then, I have worked as an outpatient therapist, community based clinician, clinician supervisor, and military family life counselor (MFLC). I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2019 and in 2021 began providing clinical supervision to residents in counseling.
My experience as a licensed practitioner has further developed my skills with utilizing various treatment modalities to effectively address client's needs, promote self-reflection, and (through evidenced based practice) promote tangible steps towards healing.
Resilience Restored Counseling & Wellness, LLC was established in 2022 in my desire to help others better understand and truly tap into their strengths to achieve their personal goals.
